2. Health Organizations To Create Statewide Health Information Network 7/25/2013

   Overseeing all aspects of public health services, the State Department of Health, New Jersey, has announced an award of $1.57M to a coalition of health organizations, including Jersey Health Connect, Virtua, and Camden Health Information Exchange (HIE), among others.

   The Massachusetts eHealth Institute (MeHI) at the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative hosted a community kickoff event this morning at Milford Regional Medical Center (MRMC) to highlight new grants designed to help local health providers use the state’s new Health Information Exchange, the Mass HIway.

4. Rockcastle Regional Hospital Uses HMS Connex Interoperability Platform To Exchange Clinical Data With Kentucky's HIE 10/7/2011
   Healthcare Management Systems Inc. (HMS) recently announced that long-time customer Rockcastle Regional Hospital and Respiratory Care Center recently became one of the first hospitals to share clinical data with the Kentucky Health Information Exchange (KHIE).
5. Greenway Customer Colorado's First To Connect EHR To Statewide HIE 9/26/2011
   Greenway Medical Technologies, Inc. and the Colorado Regional Health Information Organization (CORHIO) recently announced that Greenway physician practice Alpine Urology has become the first physician office in Colorado to connect to CORHIO’s statewide Health Information Exchange (HIE).
