Vocollect Healthcare Systems And Silverchair Learning Systems Join Forces To Enhance AccuNurse Training For Long-Term Care Providers
Vocollect Healthcare Systems, Inc., providers of AccuNurse voice technology that drives positive clinical outcomes, and Silverchair Learning Systems, the leader in online training in senior care, announce a partnership to deliver online training initiatives that will augment the AccuNurse customer experience for both technology implementation and continuing education.
AccuNurse is using Silverchair's Learning Management System to deliver critical training content to users. Course materials are uploaded to Silverchair's platform and made available to users who are already Silverchair customers, and non-Silverchair customers will access the materials on AccuNurse's custom Silverchair website. Another unique aspect of the partnership is that those receiving training can access the materials on their own schedules instead of being required to schedule and attend in advance.
Prior to fully deploying the training program, AccuNurse conducted a pilot implementation at Preferred Care Golden Palms Retirement and Health Center to prepare facility staff for upcoming onsite activities. "The pilot program allowed the nursing facility staff to complete on-demand courses on the AccuNurse functionality pertinent to their roles within the community," said Amy Harvey, director of professional services at Vocollect Healthcare Systems. "As a result, we were able to complete implementation in two weeks instead of three weeks, and ‘go-live' occurred just 10 days after arrival on site. We also achieved 100 percent compliance in users completing the courses."
Working with Silverchair to automate their training process is completely in line with how AccuNurse automates and streamlines data and care plan analysis, enabling facilities to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
