Viztek Launches New DR Product Line
Viztek, the digital radiology solution provider, has officially launched a new DR campaign in partnership with Samsung Mobile Display. Viztek has successfully installed the first several units across the nation both using Cesium (CsI) and Gadolinium (GdOS) technology; coupling the DR technology with Viztek's proprietary software.

Doctors' Care Family Medical Services out of Gadsden, Alabama is one of Viztek's early adopters for the Samsung Mobile Display DR and PACS solutions. Doctor's Care purchased the Viztek DR solution as a CR replacement; the 27 year old family care practice is currently performing 30 x-rays a day. Dr. Roger Buck of Doctor's Care explains, "Not having to handle cassettes and wait on scanners offers a significant improvement. The quality of the DR images has improved so dramatically that the diagnostic yield has also noticeably improved. We're very pleased with the performance."
