TCG Network Services Assists Oriol Health Care With EMR Implementation

TCG Network Services was tapped to help Oriol Health Care implement electronic medical records, helping the company introduce touch screen tablets to help improve patient care.

Natick, MA /PRNewswire/ - After a long process of electronic medical record implementation, Oriol Health Care was seeking the final step: an enhanced data input system. TCG Network Services was able to provide, integrating touchscreen tablets into the existing EMR system. The tablets were a step forward for the company, which would now be able to immediately enter patient data into the EMR software with no need to transcribe.

TCG faced a final challenge for implementation: the tablets needed to be integrated into legacy medical carts. To ensure a smooth interface, the carts were fitted with locking mounting docs from RAM Mounts. These can be removed and placed in keyboard docking stations for ease of data entry.
