System Upgrades Accounts Payable Check Management With Enterprise Solution

When Trinity Mother Frances check printing vendor stopped support of its systems, the health system took action and found a solution to ease its existing burden.

Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics has selected Access’ Enterprise Check Printing System to handle accounts payable check management for the health system throughout East Texas based on ease-of-use, maintenance, and customization features.

Trinity Mother Frances will use the Access solution to manage accounts payable (AP) checks. The system enables them to print on plain stock instead of expensive card stock, to add signatures, and to modify bank information and other details such as logos.

Access’ Check Printing Module (CPM) offers organizations the flexibility to print checks on blank check safety paper. By printing high-quality checks on demand from a laser printer, Trinity Mother Frances can further reduce storage costs and eliminate waste from outdated checks.

Another advantage that the check printing module offers Trinity Mother Frances is the flexibility of being able to print to any compatible laser printer in any of its healthcare facilities. Traditionally, many facilities print check stock on a single printer customized for the demands of outputting onto check stock. If this printer goes down, no checks can be printed. With Access CPM, business continuity is ensured, as printing can be performed in multiple areas across the organization, including payroll, accounts payable, and materials management.
