SSI Announces Acquisition Of Medibis

The SSI Group, Inc. (SSI), a leading provider of healthcare revenue and payment cycle management solutions, announced recently that it has acquired Medtelligence, LLC dba Medibis. The acquisition of Medibis expands SSI’s capabilities to provide solutions to ambulatory and surgery centers across the nation.

Headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Medibis is a leading provider of data solutions that turn raw data into intelligence. Through analytics, dashboards and mobile applications, Medibis enhances communication and business intelligence to streamline administration and operations. The Medibis solutions integrate with the back-end of physician, ambulatory surgery center and hospital information systems; build a private network of data from these systems; and offer communication tools, dashboards and analytics via a Web application.

The integration of the SSI network and the Medibis solutions will help clients with expanding demands in their facilities.  Medibis will operate as an independent organization within The SSI Group, Inc.
