SSI Announces Acquisition Of Claimsnet.com, Inc

The SSI Group, Inc. (SSI), a leading provider of healthcare revenue and payment cycle management solutions, announced recently that it has acquired Claimsnet.com, Inc. The acquisition of Claimsnet expands SSI’s robust payment integrity solutions platform for healthcare payers and providers to include new transaction options and enhanced analytics tools. 

Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Claimsnet is a leading provider of Internet-based claim processing solutions and payer connections. Claimsnet's real-time healthcare transaction processing services and solutions will further enhance SSI's product and service offerings.

The combined resources of SSI’s health information network, connecting more than 1,000 payers, and Claimsnet’s technology and extensive payer gateway, provide easy to use applications and enhanced editing capabilities. Additionally, Claimsnet will add the ability to process additional claim transactions, such as dental offices.
