Sandlot Connect is a software solution for the healthcare industry that refers to elements of the Sandlot Solutions health technology platform that create master patient index (MPI) and allow for health information exchange (HIE). The MPI aggregates patient information from multiple providers and platforms into a single record and the HIE allows sharing of patient information across all providers to improve care delivery.
