PaySpan 5 Provider Portal Unveiled To Reduce Administrative And Operational Costs

The enhanced provider solution includes comprehensive electronic funds transfer, electronic remittance advice and other features that reduce administrative and operational costs.

• Easier and faster navigation. The system offers more rapid access to content and enhanced ease of use. Users can research current, pending and historic claims and payments, and see results displayed in single page views.
• Enhanced registration process. PaySpan provides payers better insight into the provider community by building on existing validation elements.
• Improved provider portal dashboard. The dashboard allows providers access to the Healthcare Payment Exchange (HPX) App Exchange - which contains download apps to streamline workflow to enhance claims submission and payment processes. HPX Voice delivers targeted informational messages and advertisements in concert with payment and reimbursement information.
• 5010-4010 conversion. A 4010 transaction conversion service allows providers who have not yet migrated to the HIPAA 5010 transaction and code sets the opportunity to down convert data, while working towards the July 1, 2012 compliance deadline.
