Novarad Wins Two Wisconsin PACS Contracts

Aspen Orthopedics clinic and Prairie du Chien Memorial Hospital are the latest facilities to select Novarad’s NovaPACS. Prairie du Chien will also install NovaRIS.

Aspen Orthopedics, a surgical clinic specializing in hand and podiatry services, chose Novarad because of its long history of working with orthopedic practices. An additional factor was the short time to realize a return on investment. Novarad’s customers typically find the PACS has paid for itself in less than a year.

Access to images and reports at Prairie du Chien will improve with NovaPACS. Radiologists from Gunderson Radiology Group staff the hospital’s imaging department. Radiologists can customize their viewing settings and have settings ‘follow them’ when they access images after hours at either the Gunderson Clinic or remotely from any workstation or mobile device.

A complete diagnostic suite provider, in addition to PACS and RIS, Novarad offers CardioPACS, dose monitoring, mammography viewers, performance dashboards, mobile viewers, and on-site or cloud-based archives.
