Meridian Medical Management Acquires Origin Healthcare Solutions

Meridian expands its revenue cycle management and business intelligence offerings to physician groups

Meridian Medical Management, a portfolio company of The Gores Group and a leading provider of revenue cycle management and system integration services, announced recently its acquisition of Origin Healthcare Solutions. The acquisition of Origin augments Meridian’s revenue cycle management (RCM), electronic health record (EHR) and integration solutions with a broader range of supported technology platforms and added depth around business intelligence and analytics for healthcare providers.

The combination of Meridian and Origin provides over 40,000 healthcare providers nationwide with a comprehensive set of software and services, including full RCM, EHR, medical coding, technology implementation and support as well as in-depth business intelligence.
