*2011 PQRS participants are eligible to receive a 1% financial incentive payment from CMS based on their total allowed charges for Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) covered services.
**According to the CMS 2009 PQRS and eRx Experience Report, the average payment for satisfactorily submitting data was $1,956 per eligible professional and $18,525 per practice. The PQRS incentive payment was 2% of allowed Medicare charges.
