Brad Boyd has over 17 years of experience working with group practices, academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, hospital and payers to develop and deliver management and IT solutions to the healthcare industry. Brad’s areas of expertise spans across practice management, revenue cycle and clinical operations. At Culbert Healthcare Solutions, he has developed and implemented innovative approaches for implementing EHR/PM technologies, with particular focus on maintaining physician productivity and revenue cycle performance throughout the EHR/PM process.

Judy Bible and Julie D'Orso have been working in the medical field for 35+ combined years. As COO, Judy has overseen the implementation of an ophthalmology-specific EMR, an ENT-specific EMR and the transition to Greenway PrimeSUITE® EHR at Charlotte Eye, Ear, Nose & Throat Associates (CEENTA). Judy’s background as a clinician along with her management expertise has allowed her to serve as an operational consultant assisting with the project planning and staffing needs for EMR implementations. Julie joined CEENTA in 2004 as its EMR manager, maintaining EMRs for CEENTA's 14 locations across Charlotte, 70 providers, 35 ENT physicians and 25 audiologists. Julie has been involved in various EMR implementations, the most recent being a successful migration from EMR to EHR at CEENTA in 2012.
