After the completion of its first delegation oversight audit, IntelliSoft Group's Credentialing Verification Organization, IntelliCVO, is pleased to announce it met MHealth's 100% threshold score.

The audit, completed by the company’s CVO client, MHealth, Inc. (“MHealth”), was conducted to ensure that IntelliCVO is effectively credentialing and compliant with federal and state regulators’ requirements.

During the audit, 65 credentialing files were reviewed by MHealth representatives to assess numerous measures including: Credentialing/Recredentialing Policies and Procedures; Credentialing/Recredentialing Lists; Staff Qualifications and Organizational Chart; and Annual Evidence of Ongoing Monitoring—Quality Improvement Plan. IntelliSoft met MHealth’s 100% threshold score.
