The acquisition of CERTPOINT will make the Infor Human Capital Management (HCM) suite among the most comprehensive end-to-end offerings the market has to offer. CERTPOINT's globalized learning technologies extend Infor's top-ranked Talent, Payroll, Human Resource and Workforce Management solutions all unified with Infor's market leading Enwisen HR Service Delivery Platform.

Learning is expected to become a key capability for Infor's customers in the healthcare industry as the industry transforms itself.
