Greenway Expands Leadership In National Electronic Health Record Association
Director of Research Services Jason Colquitt Elected to EHR Association Executive Committee
The HIMSS Electronic Health Record Association (EHR Association) has elected Greenway Medical Technologies, Inc. Director of Research Services Jason Colquitt to a two-year term on its Executive Committee. Colquitt joins Greenway's Justin Barnes, a founding member of the Association in 2004, current chairman emeritus and two-term chairman, in key leadership roles within the national collaborative of more than 40 EHR solution companies.
The Executive Committee represents the Association in collaborations with industry organizations such as the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC), the American Hospital Association (AHA), College of Health Information Management Executives (CHIME) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), by setting Association policy and direction in conjunction with Association workgroups.
