Futura Mobility, LLC Announces Launch And Expanded Leadership Team To Take Advantage Of Rapidly Expanding Mobility Space
Futura Mobility offers complete Mobile Managed Services to enterprise clients withnew IT infrastructure, investment capital and expanded senior team
Futura Healthcare Technology, a leading provider of technology solutions and managed services, has changed its name to Futura Mobility, LLC and will now offer Mobility and IT services previously part of Futura Services, Inc, a related company. The name change and new company announcement more accurately reflects Futura’s focus on designing, deploying and supporting a full spectrum of mobile technology solutions and is part of the company’s overall strategy to take advantage of the rapidly expanding mobility space.
David Gulian, former CEO of InfoLogix, a leading enterprise mobility company recently acquired by Stanley Black & Decker and mobile industry veteran, has been named Chief Executive Officer. The existing Futura management team will remain intact and has expanded to include Cosmo DeNicola as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO), Dominic Sambucci as COO, Mark Handzlik as CTO, and Gerald Francesco as Senior Director of Support Services.
To support the company’s new strategic vision, Chairman Janet DeNicola has made a significant capital investment to ramp up the national sales team; develop new IP and products, including mobile apps; and initiate expansion projects on all four of the company’s locations, which include their Fort Washington, PA headquarters, Horsham, PA technology center, and data centers in Philadelphia and Las Vegas. In addi¬tion, Futura Mobility is working with several major financial institutions for future investments in mobile technology and sales and marketing resources.
With more than 20 years experience in help desk and support services and 10 years in mobility support, Futura Mobility will build on the company’s established client and user base, which includes more than 250,000 devices and 2,500 healthcare, manufacturing, and enterprise customers across North America.
Futura Mobility’s rapidly growing healthcare service offerings have been in use by one of every three U.S. hospitals, and is projected to grow 100 percent in 2012.
The name change and growth strategy coincide with a dramatic shift in business processes to incorporate mobile devices and initiatives into enterprise strategy.
“By offering our own unique Mobile Managed Services Platform, including device design and deployment, asset management and support, Futura Mobility will serve as complete mobility partner to our clients,” said Janet DeNicola, Chairman of Futura Mobility. “The addition of David Gulian and the rest of the experienced executive team will create exciting opportunities for our existing healthcare and enterprise clients and pave the way for continued business growth in the rapid expanding mobile sector.”
“Futura Mobility the market leader in the enterprise mobility space with an established track record of innovation, market leadership and success with more than 2,500 customers,” said David Gulian, CEO of Futura Mobility. “As we roll out our expanded strategy, Futura Mobility is poised to take advantage of current market conditions while offering significant cost savings and efficiencies for clients.”
To help fuel its momentum, Futura Mobility has established strategic partnerships with regional and global industry innovators, including Mobiquity, a leader in enterprise strategy development and One Call Man¬age, an innovator in mobility plan cost management.
