FormFast FormImprint/Web FormImprint - Print On-Demand

No need for pre-printed forms with FormFast.  Forms can be output on demand with FormImprint or Web FormImprint.  FormFast provides the forms you need when you need them.

Although FastPrint by FormFast, outputs wristbands, labels, and form packets at admission, there are many times when documentation needs to be printed on the hospital floor.  Web FormImprint (and it's thick client predecessor FormImprint) allow hospital staff to print FormFast eForms as needed.

Simplified Output | Just a Click Away

Web FormImprint integrates with the organization's existing Hospital Information System (HIS) to produce a current patient list.  The nurse chooses the patient and the pre-defined packet of forms stored electronically in the FormFast system.  Web FormImprint prints the documents with the correct patient demographic information dynamically imprinted onto the form.  It also produces a patient-specific barcode that allow the completed document to be instantly archived in the electronic medical record (EMR).

eSignature | Paperless Consent

Web FormImprint also features integration with FormFast's eSignature (or electronic signature) solution.  Previously consents and other documents were manually signed and scanned into the EMR.  With eSignature, patient consents are captured electronically and automatically fed into the electronic medical record.
