Pre-printed forms from external vendors can be expensive, difficult to manage, and almost impossible to replace when updates are required. Using pre-printed forms in conjunction with document imaging applications requires an affixed label which does not always utilize bar-code technology slowing down the document scanning process.

Dbtech’s eForms solution allows you to have full control over your forms. Forms are stored electronically and can be easily retrieved online.

eForms can be created by scanning in an existing form, or by using the forms design tool to create and edit your own forms. You can create as many forms as needed without any additional cost. Updates are effortless through HL7 transactions, Facesheets, Reports, or Ras Smartlinks.
