Event provides great opportunities to connect buyers, products, and end-users.

hc1.com has announced it will debut a new solution called hc1 ProviderView™ at HIMSS17 in Orlando. The new solution offers immediate insight into provider behaviors and relationships, making it easier for healthcare organizations to grow profitably and provide quality care.

Using the secure, cloud-based hc1 healthcare relationship management platform, ProviderView provides live data about physician ordering patterns, what order volume is not coming to the facility, and which insurance providers cover each provider, enabling healthcare organizations to meet the evolving needs of their patient population while driving the right kind of profitable volume into the system.

According to hc1, “Healthcare organizations can utilize this actionable insight to better serve the needs of patient populations and improve sales and marketing programs to increase the growth of profitable service lines.”

The relationship between providers, payers, and patients is crucial to achieving optimal efficiency in offerings while still providing optimal care, particularly as we see the transition to value-based care payment models.

“Healthcare is an extremely competitive industry that is experiencing a reduction in fee-for-service payments and an increased need to proactively demonstrate quality. In order to thrive, healthcare organizations need access to comprehensive, actionable insight on provider behaviors and relationships to meet the evolving needs of their patient populations and succeed financially,” says Brad Bostic, CEO of hc1.com.

PowerObjects, an HCL Company, will also showcase its CRM healthcare solutions, participating in the Microsoft booth at this year’s conference. “HIMSS is an excellent platform to showcase our CRM healthcare solutions to those who can stand to benefit the most,” says Steve Thompson, VP of Sales at PowerObjects. “This year we are thrilled to be joining Microsoft at their booth on the exhibition floor and show how we leverage Microsoft products and our own CRM consulting expertise to deliver exceptional value.”

“These is an excellent opportunity for attendees to learn from and talk with the folks at both Microsoft and PowerObjects and discover new solutions to common healthcare industry challenges,” says Thompson. “We are looking forward to making a big impact and touching a lot of people at this year’s event.”
