ClinicalConnect, powered by MEDSEEK's strategic patient management solutions, is a "Virtual EMR" that provides physicians, clinicians and healthcare providers with secure, timely and accurate web-based clinical data for more than two million patients in the Waterloo Wellington and the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant LHINs.

ClinicalConnect provides regional hospitals and community care access centers secure, accurate real-time access to integrated and comprehensive clinical data for all patients in the LHINs, which improves patient care by reducing the risk of medical errors, decreases the time spent on searching for patient data and mitigates the cost of duplicated lab and diagnostic tests.

Care providers can access ClinicalConnect patient health data through desktop computers in addition to mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets and netbooks.
