Circe Salesforce-Based Performance Management Software Shown To Increase Client Face-Time By 25%, Dramaticaly Reduce Errors

New Cloud-Based Platform For Social Service Nonprofits To Be Unveiled At Dreamforce Conference

Circe Software, Inc., a social enterprise software development company, announced recently that it will launch its cloud-based performance management software, Circe, at the upcoming Dreamforce conference in San Francisco on September 18th. Created by social service providers for service providers, Circe showed during beta testing that it.

“We created this platform to enable social service organizations to more easily and accurately manage services, track outcomes, report to funders” said Bob Bennett, CEO, Circe Software, Inc. Many human services providers today struggle with compliance and spend too many resources managing their various programs, reporting to funders with widely varying requirements, and maintaining compliance with Medicare and HIPAA.

Circe was developed to meet the changing needs of any social services provider.  The platform supports all of the critical functions for managing a variety of programs, including compliance, intake management, assessments, billing, services integration, and contact management. “Circe gives clinicians and administrators tools to better manage the services they provide, as well as data needed to see how efficient and productive the organization is at delivering those services,” said Bennett.

The Felton Institute in San Francisco was one of the programs that participated in beta testing the platform. “Thanks to Circe, the average time from when a service was provided to the time it was documented, went from 49 days to 24 hours,” said Melissa Moore, Ph.D. director of the Felton Institute.

Because Circe runs on the Salesforce FORCE.com platform it makes chart data securely available to service providers and managers anywhere, at any time. Users can instantly view up-to-the-minute program and provider productivity data across the entire organization, monitor progress notes, quality of objectives and interventions on a plan of care, and ensure clients are getting the best possible service.

“There is no way we could maintain compliance without Circe. The built in dashboards allow us to instantly see which charts are up-to-date, which are in compliance, and which aren’t,” said Dr. Moore.

“We envision a world where an organization’s staff is happier and more productive because they are empowered to spend their time in ways that best serve their organization’s mission, and one where transparency, compliance, and accountability are simple, efficient, and securely managed,” said Bennett.

The Circe leadership team will be available at the Dreamforce conference at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, September 18-21 at the Foundation Partner Expo on the third floor of Moscone West. For more information, visit www.circesoftware.com/demo .
