ChartWare EMR is a system for computerizing medical record keeping. Chartware is faster, cheaper and far more accurate than traditional handwritten notes or dictation-transcription.

ChartWare® Professional — The software tool that clinicians use to create the medical record. ChartWare was designed by physicians who needed a tool in their own clinical work. Since 1995 it has been used in literally millions of patient encounters and in a score of different specialties. Physicians can capture information immediately, producing complete and accurate documentation at the point-of-care. ChartWare users cite ease of use as one of its most attractive features. ChartWare is as flexible as traditional note-taking, easily following the rambling course of most patient encounters. ChartWare can be customized to any individual's way of working, so that doctors can focus on their patients. With a few clicks ChartWare also takes care of other common chores by producing legible prescriptions, lab & x-ray orders, referrals and other necessary documents. These can be handed to patients before they leave the office or sent electronically at the patient's request. The ChartWare record can be accessed at any time and anywhere.

ChartWare® Practice Management Interfaces — gives you seamless uni-directional or bi-directional integration and data sharing between most of the popular practice management systems and ChartWare® Professional. Demographic and related practice management information is seamlessly available to ChartWare® Professional users and coding and clinical information is made available from ChartWare® Professional data directly to the practice management system users in the case of bi-directional interfaces.

ChartWare® Scheduler Interfaces & Systems — with our partners we provide a variety of seamlessly integrated scheduling programs that suit a wide range of budgets and requirements. Especially useful for clinician practices that prefer to engage a billing service to outsource accounts receivable management and that want to maintain a fully automated practice.

ChartWare® LabCorp Interface — creates a seamless link between the results generated from Laboratory Corporation of America and ChartWare® Professional. Results are automatically placed into the patient charts database in a fully structured form and lab results are displayed for viewing or reprinting. Automatically creates reminder alerts when new results arrive for clinician review. Automated order entry directly from ChartWare® to the laboratory is in development.

ChartWare® Quest Lab Interface — creates a seamless link between the results generated from Quest Diagnostics and ChartWare® Professional. Results are automatically placed into the patient charts database in a fully structured form and lab results are displayed for viewing or reprinting.
