Certify Data Systems Ranked Among Top Three Private HIE Vendors In Black Book Market Research 2012 User Survey

Report Demonstrates Certify’s Leadership in the Private HIE Space with Overwhelming Satisfaction in Data Integrity, Security & Privacy, Data Exchange and Data Use Neutrality

Certify Data Systems, Inc., a pioneer of rapidly deployable and scalable Health Information Exchange (HIE) systems, today announced that it has been recognized as one of the top three private HIE vendors according to the Black Book Healthcare Information 2012 Rankings. Certify was ranked third out of 20 top private Core HIE Systems vendors. In addition, the company ranked within the top 10 percent in a high majority of criteria used to judge vendors in this survey.

Black Book Rankings’ survey report, entitled “State of the Enterprise Health Information Exchange Industry,” is the result of an annual evaluation of HIE clients, users and prospective customers across 18 operational excellence key performance indicators from the perspective of the client experience. The survey included responses from 1,706 validated users, ranking 259 HIE vendors. 2,017 respondents in pre-use, implementation, system decision making or purchased but not yet installed status were also polled.

In addition to being named a top three private HIE vendor, the Black Book Rankings placed Certify among the top five vendors in the below categories, noting “Overwhelming satisfaction,” “Exceeds expectations” and “Highly recommended vendor”:

  • Ease of Data Transmittal and Exchange
  • Data Use Trust/Neutrality
