Real-Time View of Personnel and Equipment Efficiency Can Help Boost Productivity and Profitability

Carestream’s new Vue Beyond for Radiology delivers a real-time view of departmental workflow that can help radiology administrators improve productivity and profitability. The Vue Beyond business intelligence and reporting dashboard, which is currently available for order, shows a real-time queue of studies waiting for report, report turnaround time per radiologist and productivity levels for every member of the imaging department.

Expanded Features for Image Viewer
Carestream’s Vue Motion vendor-neutral imaging viewer provides on demand access to images, data and reports from workstations or mobile devices like the iPad. This helps equip physicians to provide more responsive patient care. Embedding the viewer in an EMR can further streamline data access.

New features for the popular viewer include the display of current and prior images side-by-side and the ability for clinicians to input order notes to the exam. These new capabilities can facilitate collaboration between referring physicians, specialists and other clinicians.
