Automate Your Clinical Communications To Improve Care Team Response Times

Healthcare organizations strive to provide the best care for their patients. Automating the process of notifying the appropriate medical staff about a patient’s needs is key to providing appropriate and timely care.

One challenge is that many different systems throughout a hospital can be the source of a message about needed patient care. These can include new admits, discharges, hospital room transfers, alarms, nurse call, and lab results. 

When these messages are received by an Integration Engine, such as 1Call’s MergeComm, notifications can be automatically sent to the appropriate care team members, based on configurable rules. The rules determine who should receive the message and how they should be contacted based on the current day and time.
