Absorptive High-Isolation SP6T Switch: QPC6064
Qorvo’s new QPC6064 is a single-pole, 6-throw (SP6T) Silicon on Insulator (SOI) switch offering high-isolation symmetric topology with excellent linearity, and power handling capabilities in the 5 MHz to 6000 MHz frequency range. This switch is ideally suited for use in cellular, 3G, LTE, and other high performance communications and test systems.
The QPC6064 does not require blocking paths on RF ports, and it features a non-reflective design that the RFX ports are terminated into 50 Ω in the off state. Additional features include +1.8 V logic compatibility, high isolation of 50 dB at 2 GHz, a high input IP3 of +59 dBm, and a single pin to disable the internal Negative Voltage Generator (NVG) and supply a negative voltage from off-chip, if necessary.
