Antepartum Record
For prenatal visits, the obstetrician has on-screen access to the electronic version of the antepartum record based on the standard ACOG forms such as:

  • Prenatal History/Physical
  • Prenatal Risk/Flow sheet
  • Prenatal Lab
  • Prenatal Education
  • Prenatal Notes

Each page of the record can be populated by directly clicking on the form. This entry style is unique in the industry.

These forms are familiar to all OB providers and their staff, making the transition from paper to electronic medical records very easy.

The antepartum record can be easily accessed from the office, home, or virtually anywhere (with proper network security and remote access).

The antepartum record can be faxed directly to Labor and Delivery whenever you need.

Format of all the forms can be modified to meet local or state requirements.

Gynecology Visits
Abraxas gynecology workflow includes "Well Woman" visits and a series of "common problem-focused" visits, such as:

  • Vaginal Bleeding
  • Breast Mass
  • Pelvic Pain
  • Infertility

Visit documentation follows the standard SOAP note format.

Demographical/Historical information may be entered by the patient via an optional Patient Portal module.

Image Management
Diagnostic images such as ultrasounds/sonograms, or X-rays/mammograms can be accessed directly from the patient's electronic chart. Comfortably draw and make notes directly on these patient-specific images, using pen-tablet computers.
"Point and click" through well defined templates to document diagnostic findings.
