Cloud-Based Tool Enhances Provider Confidence in Data Quality and Increases Engagement with Population Health Management Initiatives

Data Manager is a module within the Wellcentive Advance™ platform that allows healthcare organizations to monitor and manage multiple data interfaces and exchanges.  An easy-to-use data management dashboard delivers real-time visibility into message transmissions, interface errors, and clinical mappings.  Users can easily share this information this information with their interfacing partners, for community-driven data management.

The new version of Data Manager includes proprietary technology that enables users to be more proactive in addressing data quality issues. Wellcentive Proactive Data Quality functionality notifies users proactively about data quality issues so they can address them more quickly and easily. For example, if an inbound or outbound data feed is inactive for an abnormal amount of time, or if the error count exceeds a statistically critical threshold, the data quality manager will be notified. Additionally, enterprise and practice level insights will be available via data quality reports cards. As a result, the organization and the community gain confidence in the quality and integrity of the data being used to manage the health of its patient population and measure the performance of its providers.
