triCerat Software Addressing Remote Printing, Scanning Problems Will Be Featured At VForum

To help healthcare providers, medical offices, hospitals, etc. handle remote printing and scanning problems, U.S. software developer triCerat, Inc. will showcase its groundbreaking Simplify Printing and Scanect solutions at vForum 2012, 14-15 November, at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Creator of the revolutionary ScrewDrivers print management technology, triCerat introduced its Scanect remote scanning software earlier this year in response to the increasing number of businesses struggling with incompatible scanner drivers, unsupported drivers and applications, and time consuming workarounds.

Unlike other remote scanning solutions, Scanect software provides a seamless scanning operation that speeds scanning without sacrificing either bandwidth or image quality. With support for TWAIN and WIA protocols on multifunction machines in mixed environments, Scanect compresses files and uploads images directly to a document management application, enabling users to produce full fidelity scans regardless of location or environment.

triCerat’s other featured software solution, Simplify Printing, addresses remote printing issues by allowing users to assign print jobs from a drag and drop interface on a granular level, based on users, workstations, and groups.

Simplify Printing is part of triCerat’s Simplify Suite v5.5 software, which manages any print environment, deploys desktops, controls application access, reduces logon times, manages personalization for large numbers of virtual desktops, and delivers accurate profile information to the right user at every logon session, regardless of location.

triCerat will be demonstrating its Simplify Printing and Scanect solutions at Stand S27 throughout vForum 2012. vForum is the largest showcase of virtualization and cloud computing technology in Australia. For more information, visit www.tricerat.com.
