The Machinery Needed To Communicate When Disasters Occur
Health IT Outcomes was at HIMSS15 in Chicago broadcasting live from the show floor and recording video with key exhibitors in order to provide you a glimpse into what many of healthcare's leading businesses and organizations were talking about. One of the people we were fortunate enough to speak with was Rodney Cooper, Manager, Business Development, Disaster & Business Continuity Communications for Sprint.
In this video, Cooper provides an overview of SatCOLT (Satellite Cell on Light Truck), a fully self-contained mobile communications solution capable of providing Sprint coverage where networks have been compromised or in remote areas where there is no coverage. He also provides background information on the Sprint Emergency Response Team.
