Solutionreach, the leader in patient relationship management technology, recently announced the launch of an Android version of PatientReach Mobile, their patient-facing mobile application, previously only available on iOS. The features within the app enable a more direct, effective stream of communication between provider and patient.

The PatientReach Mobile messaging feature allows patients and providers to communicate via HIPAA secure SMS-like messages, giving them the ability to share images or files and elect to receive push notifications. Through the app, patients can also manage their schedules, confirm and set reminders for upcoming visits, quickly pay their bill, or request new appointments with their provider.

In addition to the release of the new Android app, Solutionreach now incorporates state-of-the-art iOS Touch ID technology into their platform for higher security coverage.

"Given the strong demand for consumer-based tools within healthcare, we are excited to extend our patient-facing application to Android devices," says Jim Higgins, Founder and CEO of Solutionreach. "Patients now have a unique and powerful connection to their providers that brings convenience, communication, and transparency to another level. By offering PatientReach Mobile, practices have another tool to help them continue enhancing the provider-patient relationship from within one platform of services that work together seamlessly.”
