With our two part solution BTL™ can dramatically increase productivity by streamlining your accounting process.
BTL™ PreFill Module -
KeyMark will assist in setting up the PreFill Module, which is used to automatically populate predetermined fields in your established accounting solution with data already available on the transaction. When the user clicks on the ‘Pre-Fill' button, all the values already present on the document in the imaging system are automatically populated for appropriate fields in the Payables Transaction Entry or Purchasing Invoice Entry screens. PreFill is ideal when you want to reduce data entry, but still want each transaction reviewed prior to being saved in a batch in the accounting software.
BTL™ Application Connector Module -
The BTL™ Icon, placed in the Accounting Solution Toolbar, is configured to retrieve documents from the currently active Accounting Solution window that has been configured for BTL™. Documents can be retrieved in the imaging application, displayed in a desktop viewer, or in Internet Explorer if the web server module has been deployed. Currently, Application Connector supports image retrieval in five screens.
