SeeChange Health Names Bryce Williams As CEO And President

Former Extend Health CEO and Towers Watson executive with deep sales and marketing expertise set to position SeeChange Health for growth in evolving market

San Francisco /PRNewswire/ - Today, SeeChange Health announced that Bryce Williamshas been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective November 3, 2014. Williams succeeds Martin Watson, SeeChange's founder who has been in the role since 2008, as SeeChange focuses exclusively on its consumer engagement and health improvement platform.

SeeChange Health recently narrowed its focus from a two-subsidiary business providing both insurance and technology, to an emphasis on the company's fast-growing consumer engagement and health improvement platform. Williams joins SeeChange Health from benefits consultant Towers Watson where he served as Managing Director of Towers Watson's Exchange Solutions business segment since May 2012. At Towers Watson, he led the largest private Medicare health insurance exchange in the country. Williams co-founded Extend Health, Inc. and was its President and Chief Executive Officer from April 2004 through the company's acquisition by Towers Watson in 2012. In 2011, Williams was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year for Northern California in Business Services.

During his tenure, eHealth grew to become the largest individual health insurance broker in the United States.

Prior to Advance, Mr. Williams served as a Corporate Transactions Attorney in the Dallas office of Cleveland-basedJones, Day, Reavis and Pogue. Mr. Williams holds a J.D. degree from National Law Center at George Washington University and a B.A. degree from Baylor University.
