'Digital Signage Expo 2015 To Feature Leading Hospitals In A Seminar On Technology Enabled Environments'

Digital Signage Expo (DSE), the world’s largest International Tradeshow and Educational Conference dedicated to digital displays, interactive technology and digital communications networks, announced recently that its 12-part Digital Signage Seminar Program at DSE 2015 designed specifically for end user professionals will include an hour-long interactive session titled “Technology Enabled Environments.”

Moderated by Mark Boidman, Managing Director Peter J. Solomon Company, this panel discussion will focus on how their respective customer-facing organizations have succeeded in increasing customer engagement. Panelists include:

  • Kevin Hunter, Chief Operating Officer, Gimbal
  • Shauna Forsythe, President & CEO, Alliance Airport Advertising & Alliance Target Media
  • Todd Swidler, Global Head of Strategic Content Partnerships, Bloomberg Media Group

DSE Advisory Board members recently had the opportunity to comment on this timely topic and offered a variety of insights.

DSE Advisory Board member Kimberly Dwyer, Corporate Communications Account Manager, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, said, “Our digital signs have a created a technology-enabled environment that saves us from printing posters, table tents or flyers each time there is something to communicate to our audiences. By going digital, we are saving in print costs, in time spent posting and removing printed material around our campus and message/creative production.”

DSE Advisory Board member Patricia Mitrano, Director of Visual Communications, Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, said, “An environment where all would be technology-enabled, knowledgeable and supportive of the project scope, both hard or soft costs, and allowed to create an efficient way to provide services, resources, interaction and trust. It sounds like the perfect wish for 2015.”

Registration for “Technology Enabled Environments,” or any of DSE 2015 educational conference seminars, which are sponsored by BroadSign International and are eligible for Digital Signage Expert Group (DSEG) certification renewal credits, is available online at www.digitalsignageexpo.net.
