Company signs Pfizer and Everyday Health as clients for its new mHealth platform.
At the recent MHealth Summit, Validic announced the addition of several new clients and integration partners, as it continues to expand and grow its global digital health ecosystem, according to a press release. Validic, whose clients include hospitals, health systems, and health IT vendors, looking to extend its reach to more than 100 million people as one of a growing number of technology integrators looking to connect the healthcare community with mHealth developers and innovators.
“In looking at the growing mHealth landscape, there is a lot of technology entering the healthcare market, and even more promises for technology that will not be unfulfilled,” company co-founder and CTO Drew Schiller said in a press release issued at the mHealth Summit, according to mHealth News. “Combine that with the lack of standards in healthcare data interoperability and it can be nearly impossible to navigate the complex world of digital health.
“But advancements in connectivity are being made, and companies like Validic are leading the way by allowing healthcare companies to connect to mobile health and clinical technology without having to guess where the market is headed, what devices will survive and thrive, or how to standardize and normalize the various data points.”
Among Validic’s clients is Everyday Health, a provider of digital health and wellness solutions for healthcare professionals, payors, and consumers. According to Med City News, Everyday Health plans to use the data aggregation platform to support analytics technology for the delivery of more personalized content. Validic CEO Ryan Beckland said more and more clients are beginning to leverage mobile health data to address specific disease states.
