Center For Connected Health Launches Redesigned Website

The Center for Connected Health recently announced the launch of its newly designed website. This revamped site provides quick and easy access to information and access to the Center's work, as well as resources and highlights of news, events and advances in the development and adoption of connected health strategies. The new website is located at: www.partners.org/connectedhealth .

"We are excited about our redesigned website, its streamlined navigation and the information and resources it provides health care providers, researchers, companies, investors, the media and others interested in connected health," said Joseph C. Kvedar, MD, Director, Center for Connected Health.  "We are proud to share our work as innovative connected health programs are being implemented throughout the Partners HealthCare network, as well as the vision, evidence and opportunities being created throughout the health care ecosystem to transform care delivery."

The Center for Connected Health website will be updated on a regular basis with news, new research initiatives, connected health milestones, events, and other information. There are also direct links to the Center's consumer website, Wellocracy, helping individuals to incorporate health trackers and apps into daily life; and to Dr. Kvedar's cHealth Blog, his personal musings and thought-provoking commentary on technology-enabled care delivery.
